VikrayaPro offers services on a subscription model. Once a subscription is activated, it is deemed to be in use.
All payments made for subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades are non-refundable. This includes:
Monthly or yearly subscription fees
Setup or onboarding charges
Add-on service fees
Please make sure to review your selected plan and features carefully before making a payment.
A refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service unintentionally.
Technical Failure: If the service was not accessible due to a proven technical fault on our end and could not be resolved within 7 working days of reporting.
Non-Activation: If you paid but your subscription was not activated and services were not rendered.
Refunds under the above exceptions will be processed after review and approval by our team. Supporting documents or screenshots may be requested.
